Hi, I'm Satish Kumar
I build efficient systems and solve complex problems.
About Me
Hi, I’m Satish, a Computer Science student with a strong passion for backend development and software engineering. I specialize in Java, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design, with a solid foundation in System Design.
I believe in deeply understanding the inner workings of systems and algorithms. Rather than just writing code, I focus on analyzing why an algorithm is effective, breaking complex problems down into optimal sub-problems, and engineering clean, reusable components.
I co-founded Codex Monarch , an initiative where we organize competitive coding hackathons and technical challenges to help students sharpen their problem-solving, time-management, and pressure-handling skills. Through my role as a team lead, I manage task coordination, community engagement, and technical mentorship.

Selected Projects
Distributed Cache
CompletedA high-throughput, in-memory cache system written in Java. Features custom LRU/LFU eviction algorithms, lock-free concurrency, and a responsive TCP client-server protocol.
CodeMonarch Sandbox
In ProgressA containerized microservice that compiles and executes student code safely. Implements system resource constraints (memory, CPU runtime limits) using Docker SDK and Spring Boot.
Experience & Certifications
Co-Founder & Tech Lead
Leading development operations and community initiatives. Contributed to building and scaling Codex Monarch, coordinating mock hackathons, designing coding assessments, and providing technical leadership and mentoring.
Java & DSA Certification
Completed intensive technical bootcamp in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigms, basic System Design architectures, and advanced data structures and algorithms in Java.
Gen-AI Hackathon & Workshop
Successfully built and presented a functional project leveraging advanced GenAI APIs and prompt engineering during the workshop event.
